Sister Susan recognizes the need for supportive reentry processes because she comes to the position with 30 years of experience in the criminal justice field. She has served as a prison chaplain and administrator, and her professional academic preparation includes advanced degrees from DePaul and Loyola Universities, and a certificate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She recently completed her doctoral dissertation at Georgetown University. Sister is licensed in Michigan as a Certified Social Worker (CSW).

Taliah served as a Drug and Alcohol counselor at the State Correctional Institution in Chester, Pennsylvania. She also served as a Reentry Coordinator for adjudicated youth and holds a Masters Degree in Administration of Justice from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Liz joined the staff of Prison Outreach Ministry, Inc. in July of 2011, having previously served as a Volunteer Coordinator at a community based non-profit on Chicago's West Side. Originally from Texas, Liz received her BA in History and Political Science from Furman University in South Carolina. Liz has been an active mentor to urban youth in DC and Chicago, and has a particular interest in understanding the impact of economic disinvestment on the lives of these youth.
