Twenty-five year-old Jason is a bright young man who, unfortunately, has made poor decisions that have landed him in prison. Now labeled a felon, Jason struggles to find employment, even as he also works to overcome addiction.
But thanks to the Welcome Home Reentry Program of Prison Outreach Ministries, Jason has been matched with a compassionate mentor who is able to use his own business savvy and know-how to help Jason secure a job. Not only that, Jason's mentor also helps him learn to budget his money, saving enough to rent a room of his own in a house nearby.
Even still, success is not inevitable. Jason will continue- like so many others- to battle his addictions and his previous way of "criminal thinking." But with the continued support of his mentor, Jason is receiving the encouragement that he needs, as his mentor provides guidance and ultimately help bring real hope for success.
