Men and Women returning home from incarceration

60,000 men and women return from jails and prisons every year in the United States. Our program serves men and women returning to the community after incarceration in the following jurisdictions:

The Welcome Home Reentry Program will eventually expand to serve the Maryland counties of Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's.

Mentee Description

Mentees are men and women returning to our communities from jail or prison, who are motivated and committed to change. They are oriented to the program by the re-entry coordinator and then matched to a mentor, as appropriate. Mentees often face the following challenges:
