The reentry kit represents a new beginning, so that no one begins their new life empty-handed. Help us to give someone this small gift by donating now!
Reentry kits contain metro passes, hygiene products for men and women, spiritual reading materials, a resource guide for emergency food, shelter and clothing and the contact number of the Welcome Home Program Coordinator.
In December 2009, 88 volunteers helped to assemble 2,000 reentry kits. These reentry kits were distributed to 30 organizations in D.C., Montgomery County and Prince George's County, MD.
